You also need financial substantiation to convince the bank that they are going to give you that loan. You could really use some help with this.
You need someone who understands what you want, calculates for you whether it is possible and is honest about it and gives you good explanations so that you understand it yourself. Not someone who just implements, but someone who really thinks along with you and advises you if an alternative solution is needed.
