The role of our dental hygienists
Our dental hygienists are involved in curative treatments for good oral hygiene. They treat the teeth, gums, tongue, cheeks and palate. They also advise the client and the healthcare worker on how to prevent problems such as cavities, gum disease, mucous tract infections, impaired taste, a lack of saliva and bad breath. The dental hygienists also manage the prevention assistants.
