Packages
The Dental Expo team is happy to assist you with your participation. You have the option to rent space only, allowing you to design your own stand. Additionally, we offer the option to use our all-inclusive stand. Below you will find the various possibilities. Furthermore, we provide various marketing tools to ensure the success of your exhibition participation.
All-IN STAND
The following items are included with your participation:
- White modular stand construction, 250cm high including 10cm high aluminum baseboard (visible size per panel is 95cm wide and 240cm high) and a cornice with LED lighting (6 spots per 2 meters included).
- Anthracite carpet tiles 50x50cm.
- Name board(s) in green with company name and stand number.
- 2kW electricity connection 230V.
- Catering vouchers, see quantities in stand confirmation.
- 2 parking passes.
- Daily cleaning (vacuuming and wiping horizontal surfaces of rented materials).
Optional: If desired, the cornice with LED lighting can be omitted, provided it does not affect the stability of neighboring stands. If you choose to cancel the cornice, the included spots and name board that come with the all-in stand will also be forfeited. Please contact Event Services for further details.
SPACE ONLY
If you use your own stand construction, your stand will consist only of a floor space with anthracite carpet tiles and 2 parking passes. All designs for custom stand construction must be approved in advance by Event Services. We kindly request an impression and a technical drawing clearly indicating the dimensions. Your stand design must be emailed to Event Services for approval in advance. Electricity for lighting is always required with custom stand construction. You can order this through the webshop in My Easyfairs.
De voorwaarden voor eigen standbouw zijn:
- De maximale bouwhoogte is 4,5 meter.
- De maximale uitingshoogte is 4,5 meter. De logo’s en visuals mogen dus niet boven 4,5 meter uitkomen.
- Er kan enkel gebruik gemaakt worden van hangpunten(rigging) via onze huisleverancier Decoriginals. U kunt deze aanvragen via de webshop. Een plattegrond met de maximale bouwhoogte en no-rigging zones vindt u hier.
- Alle achterwanden hoger dan 2,5 meter grenzend aan een buurstand dienen aan de achterzijde neutraal in het wit te worden afgewerkt zonder enige vorm van logo-uiting.
- Open zijdes mogen tot 50% dichtgezet worden om de zichtlijnen voor alle deelnemers te behouden.
- Het is niet mogelijk om de wanden grenzend aan de naastgelegen stand weg te laten.
Note: if you are using your own stand construction and have an intermediate stand, please consider the net inner dimension. The net width is always 4 cm less than the gross measurement plus 1 cm per meter of wall. Therefore, a wall of 3 meters is 293 cm wide.

Dental Expo provides young dental enterprises a platform to gain visibility in the dental world. It’s an excellent opportunity to network, showcase new products, maintain existing relationships, and establish new contacts. Start-up businesses can display their products in a fully furnished booth at a reduced rate.
